Life Story for Malcolm Earle "Mackie" Freeman

Malcolm Earle "Mackie"  Freeman
Malcolm Freeman, 75 of East Kemptville, passed away peacefully on October 30,2017 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Greenfield, Nova Scotia on September 12, 1942, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Elise (Parnell) Freeman. He was a loving husband of 50 year to Carolyn (Hanley) Freeman.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Lisa(Allan) Taylor, son Mitchell(Susan) Freeman, grandchildren; Kody Messenger, Emily Messenger, Grace Freeman, and Sophie Freeman, and great grandchildren; Bailee and Gage; brothers Jimmy, David, Kirk ; sisters Susanne and Debbie
He was predeceased by son Andrew Freeman.

He belonged to the Kemptville United Baptist Church and was a volunteer with the Kemptville Fire Department. He was an avid outdoors man , enjoying hunting and being in the woods at his favorite location, his hunting shack.
He will be missed by all who knew him. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home in Yarmouth.
