Condolence: RIP Ken We spent 18 years as neighbours, worked through many issues, spent many hours on your veranda solving the worlds problems, drank enough scotch to sink a ship, laughed at one another and presevered our Heritage Conservation District Together. Our hearts go out to Jordan, Jenna and your Mom. Your contributions to this town will live on and your personality was bigger than life itself. Your neighbours and buddies, Mike and Neil

Condolence: Juan, Eli, Gabe and I send condolences to Jordan, Cailen, and the rest of Ken's family and close friends. Ken was a warm and generous friend and a tireless, enthusiastic colleague. I have many fond memories of his laughter and stories, and as many teachers in Nova Scotia, I have benefited from his years of dedication to our profession. His service to the Social Studies Teachers Association revitalized and strengthened our networking, and started a new chapter in our organization. I'll raise a glass of single malt in his memory. He will be missed, but not forgotten.

Condolence:
Our condolances go out to Ken's family on his untimely demise.

Met Ken and family when we moved to Yarmouth in 1989 as next door neighbours. Our children were the same age as Jordan and spent many many hours roaming the big house next door until we left Yarmouty in mid 90's

Had the opportunity to have many interesting discussions with Ken and we all benefited from his unending enthusiasm for Yarmouth and it's rich history.

His presence on the CBC on Information Morning has always kept us in touch with Yarmouth over the years

The passing of such a dynamic individual will certainly be a big loss to the rich frabic of a wonderful community.

Condolence: On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management, and staff of Yarmouth Argyle Home Support Services, I wish to offer our heartfelt condolences to Ken's family. Ken was an enthusiastic and vibrant member of our Board. When in the office for meetings, he'd take time to visit with office supervisors and staff and share some laughs. As a caregiver himself, he had great concern for the clients and caregivers of the Agency. He will be greatly missed.

Condolence: I was so shocked and saddened to learn of the loss of Ken. He was a classmate of mine in high school, as well, he taught both of my children, and they spoke well of him as a teacher.

Condolence: I was shocked & saddened, as were my children who had had him as a teacher at YMCHS, when I heard of Ken's sudden passing.
I met Ken in the 90's through NSTU committees and meetings & we became friends from them on. I served on several committees with Ken & had many lively conversations with him. He was always "larger than life"... when he did something it was with great gusto.
He was passionate about the NSTU and about doing good things for Yarmouth. He surely will be missed.
My deepest condolences to Ken's family & friends on his passing.
