Condolence: I am so saddened to hear about Sam. I always enjoyed meeting him in stores or on the street where he always met me with a cheerful "hello" and a big smile. He truly was a kind and gentle soul. My heart is broken. Rest in Peace, Sam. You will be missed.

Condolence: Shawn & family,
our deepest sympathy to all of sams family.
I knew your dad from working at the court house back in the 1970's. he always had a smile on his face and usually after a few words he would have a laugh.
he was always pleasant and stopped to have a chat at sobeys or wherever we saw each other. know that your father left a mark on yarmouth and at his workplace.
I saw him not that long ago and it was always a pleasure to share a moment with him
shawn, my husband and I have met you a few times on the digby boat where you assisted him on the elevator.
may you find comfort at this time knowing that your dad was so well liked by many.
god bless each of you.
Sharon and Richard

Condolence: Heather and family, so sorry for your loss. I met your dad in the early 1980's through work and I don't think his smile ever changed. That smile was a reflection of his goodness and willingness to go the extra mile to help people. I always had a special place in my heart for Sam. He will be remembered by the many people he touched in the community.
