ROBERTS, Michael Lee – age 46, of Dayton Yarmouth Co., N.S. passed away in Yarmouth on January 11, 2016. Michael was the son of Ronald Roberts, Connie Crouse, and stepson of Violet Roberts. An extremely hard worker throughout his life he worked in cement and concrete with his latest position being at D&R Foundation. He is survived by his daughters, Dallas Bertin (her mother, Tammy Bertin), Thunderbay, ON; Mackenzie Roberts (her mother, Rhonda LeFave), Yarmouth NS; brothers, Danny, ON; Shawn, Alta; sister, Angela, Fredericton NB; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweenys Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 10 a.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A.D “Bill” Newell officiating. Interment will follow at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to a trust fund for his children set up at the Bank of Montreal in Yarmouth.
