Obituary for Marilyn Kay Bain

BAIN, Marilyn Kay – 76, of Hebron Yarmouth Co, passed away April 6, 2014 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Yarmouth on August 24, 1937 she was a daughter to the late Mary Kay (Olsen) Titus. Marilyn lived at the homestead with Art and Addie Olsen and family for many years. She was also a faithful lifelong member of the Faith Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by daughter, Susan (Roy) Dean, Mount Uniacke, N.S.; brothers, Gary (Ellen) Titus, Brooklyn, Yarmouth Co.; Paul Titus, Arcadia, Yarmouth Co.; Wally (Heather) Titus, Yarmouth; sister, Carmen (Ed) Coffin, Yarmouth; and three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will be held Wednesday April 9, 2014 from 1 p.m. until funeral time at 2 p.m. all in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Turpin and Rev. Ron Clark officiating. Interment will take place in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery in the spring. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory may be made to the Faith Memorial Baptist Church or the Tri County Victorian Order of Nurses.
