Obituary for Larry David Hatfield

HATFIELD, Larry – age 62 of Yarmouth, passed away September 29, 2014 at home. He was the son of the late Paul and Thelma Hatfield. Larry is survived by his wife Dodi (Collings), Yarmouth; daughter Amie (Andrew Goodwin), Yarmouth ; son, David, Laurinburg, North Carolina; grandson, Graham; brothers, Paul, Yarmouth, Greg (Melanie), Kingston, N.B; Brian, Bowmanville, ON; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Jack and grandson Hayden in infancy. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will be held Friday, October 3, 2014 from 1-2 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2 p.m. from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A.D. “Bill” Newell officiating. Interment will follow in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory may be made to the Yarmouth Sports and Recreation Department or to the Gilles Boudreau Cancer Help Fund.
