Peacefully and with dignity, Karen passed away after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her adoring husband Roy William and her two step-sons Ryan Anthony and Matthew William, along with her beloved parents Cliff and Linda Gavel, her mother-in-law Natalia and her sisters Sandra (Robert) Gennette and Deborah (Richard) Comeau and step-brothers Cliff J., Craig and Corey Gavel. Karen will be missed by her nieces and nephews Erich, Emma, Justin and Alexa. Special Thanks to the staff at the Juravinski Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital for their exceptional support and care. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Karen’s Life on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 1pm at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 947 Rymal Road E. Hamilton. A Time of Remembrance to follow.
