Condolence: Buddy,
Jeff and Karen, Chet, and I send our most sincere condolences. Irma and I had been very close friends since the age of two years when our mothers were friends. When we were very young we walked to church together. After graduating from high and vocational schools, we worked together at a local finance company when we had to refer to each other as Miss Moores and Miss Pinkney. We have kept in contact with each other by phone and e-mail over the years. Last year when we returned to Yarmouth from our home in Alabama for the high school reunion, we thoroughly enjoyed a visit with Buddy and Irma. I will treasure those memories. We will keep all of you in our prayers.

I was very saddened to hear of Irma's passing. For me, Irma has always been that kind of person you felt very fortunate to have in your life. From the age of 4 to 44 (okay I'm a bit older than that) I have always felt that connection with her no matter how much time had passed since our last visit. She was that person you could talk with for hours and would guarantee to have you laughing.
