Hurlburt, Eleanor- age 85, of Yarmouth N.S. passed away on November 8th, 2016. She is survived by her companion Donald “Irvin” Davis and children and extended family; Charlie (Marilyn), Frank (Rose), Mike (Linda), Jean, Bill (Donna), Donnie (Liz), Howard (Brenda), Polly, Brian (Dennis), Rose (Ron), Marjorie (Kevin), 27 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren equalling 5 generations. She was predeceased by her husband Locke Hurlburt, Sons; David and Ronald, Daughter; Joan and sister Lorna. Visitation will take place Friday November 11th,2016 from 7-9 p.m. from Sweenys Funeral Home. Funeral will take place November 12, 2016 at 2 p.m. from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Robert Gates officiating. Interment will be Monday November 14th at 1030 in the Riverview Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to Charity Parkinson’s Canada, Canadian Cancer Society or the Arthritis Society of Nova Scotia.
