Obituary for Chris Richard Nickerson
NICKERSON – Christopher Richard– age 22, of Yarmouth, passed away in Abrams River on August 30, 2014. Born in Yarmouth on February 24, 1992 he was the son of Lorraine Frotten and Norman Nickerson. Chris loved life and put a smile on everyone’s face who knew him. He lit up the room with his smile and wouldn’t’ be shy about giving you a hug. Chris was always willing to lend a helping hand to anybody that needed it and had a talent for making people laugh. He loved kids and babies and was always happiest when he was around them. In his spare time Chris enjoyed cooking, listening to music, and spending time with his many friends and family. Besides his mother and father he is survived by his grandparents, Mavis Nickerson- DeWolfe; Ester Frotten, and Lawrence Frotten; sisters, Stephanie Nickerson and Tracy MacKinnon. He was predeceased by his grandfather William Nickerson; and Dale Nickerson. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. There will be no visitation by family request. A funeral service will take place Friday, September 5, 2014 at 10 a.m. from Yarmouth Wesleyan Church with Pastor John Symonds officiating.
