CLARKE, Barbara Lea – age 68, passed away unexpectedly at home in Yarmouth N.S. on August 17, 2015. Born in Kirkland Lake, ON she was the daughter of the late Percy and Gracey Hoadley. Barbara lived in Port Hope for the last 45 years, and just recently moved to Yarmouth. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family dearly. She worked in a nursing home for most of her working career and in her spare time volunteered at the Salvation Army. She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Cheryl (brad) Waghorn, Tusket; Tracy Harmon, Cobourg Ontario; brothers, Aldon (Beverley), Hamilton, Ontario; Donnie, Ontario; grandchildren, Zachary, Bradley, Chantelle, Crystal, Mark; and many great grandchildren. Besides her parents Barbara was predeceased by her brother, Roger. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny`s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral or visitation by request. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Yarmouth, S.P.C.A.
