Obituary for Alfred William "Fred" Doucet

Doucet, Alfred William “Fred”, 58- Lakeside Road, Yarmouth Co. Passed away September 26, 2013. Born in Yarmouth he was the son of the late Phillip and Florence (Crosby) Doucet. Alfred was an avid car restorer for 35 years and was very dedicated to his work. He is survived by wife Ruth; step son Leo Doucette, Halifax; sisters Michelle (Mike TeePell), Hebron; Rosalie (Tim Hynes), Hebron. Visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2013 from 7:00- 9:00p.m. with prayers at 8:00 p.m. from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from St. Ambrose Cathedral Church. Father Pat O’Mara officiating. Burial to follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Pleasant Valley. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Lodge that Gives or the Tri County VON.
