RODNEY, Waverley Douglas -57 of Coquitlam, British Columbia passed away unexpectedly, June 12, 2020. Born in Yarmouth, March 10, 1963, he was a son of Patricia "Pat" Rodney and the late Douglas Rodney. Waverley moved to British Columbia 33 years ago but was always an east coaster at heart. He loved to come "back home" for visits. An electrician by trade he was a dedicated worker. He loved his family. Norma and his children were everything to him. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing board games and was known to be competitive. He is survived by his mother, Pat Rodney; spouse, Norma Esmeria; daughter, Megan; sons, Jason and Jeremy; sisters, Carrie (James Theriault); Shelley (Gary Belliveau). Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A celebration of Waverley's life will be held Wednesday, June 24, with Rev. David Hockley officiating.
