Many memories of Sid --- strong as an ox and always willing to lend a helping hand. He became part of our family when it came around to kiack season. He was indeed the "Big Dipper". He always loved the balloons I brought to the river to celebrate his birthday. Rick is to be commended for the great job on the eulogy. He will be missed by many. Condolences and blessings to the family. Leta Dukeshire

Sorry to hear of Sid's passing .Over the years I had many chats on the wharf with Sid esp. during the summer around the seiners. I think he spent more time on the wharf than he did home. RIP old friend
