Sarah Christine Bridgeo
It is with the greatest sorrow that we announce the passing of Sarah Christine Bridgeo who was taken from us on August 21st, 2022.
Sarah was born in Yarmouth on March 7th, 1983, and grew up in the loving home of her mother Theresa (Deion) Comeau and her forever dad, Leo Comeau. From the forests and fields of Forest Glen a little wildflower blossomed into a true beauty inside and out.
As much as anything in this world "Miss Sarah" loved her job as an ECE through a number of centers and schools. She felt great pride in her job, and she cared for each of her “Littles” as if they were her own. She wanted nothing more than to see her kids grow into their own special flowers, and it is clear of late that she greatly underestimated the impact that she had on our community.
Sarah was a free spirit, with a passion to see the world and a desire to experience all that life had to offer. She was always ready for a good adventure, and loved to be surrounded by nature. She found beauty all around her there, from the smallest of insects that she would show to her kiddo's in the playground, to the giant mountain ranges in BC that she always wanted to see again and show to her family.
Sarah was above all a dedicated, caring mother; her daughter Cadence was her world, and her main goal in life was to see her daughter grow into the strong, confident adult she will become. Although she sometimes worried that she was not doing enough, the amazing child she has raised is proof that there were none better. She was also a lover of all creatures furry, and her puppy/fur baby boy Oliver (Olly) was one of her greatest sources of happiness and laughter. They will be together now and forever.
Sarah also enjoyed drawing, painting, as well as singing and going to karaoke with her girls. Sarah loved the company of others, family and friends, of which there were many, past and present. Altough she may have grown apart from some, there were strong roots that she always knew would never break. She never judged a book by its cover, and would usually talk to anyone that had a good story and a smile.
Sarah never failed to let her husband, companion, and best friend Wade Jacquard, know that he was very much loved. She never left without saying "i love you" and demanded a hug each and every day, even when he was cranky.
Sarah had a passion for life that was ended far too soon, and her list of personal accomplishments and passions can never be expressed adequately. She will be greatly missed by all that were touched by the beauty and the light that shone from this amazing little sunflower.
She is survived by her husband (FRANK! - when she was "mad") Wade Jacquard; parents, Theresa (Deion) Comeau and Leo Comeau; daughter, Cadence Jacquard; brother, Ryan Bridgeo of BC; sisters, Emily Comeau (Logan Shand) of Overton, Nicole Bridgeo of BC, Lisa (Brad) Comeau-McDow of Cole Harbour; As well as many aunts, uncles, in-laws and friends.
Sarah is predeceased by her biological father, Keith Bridgeo, with whom her reconciliation before he passed meant so much, as well as grandparents, Barbara Nickerson, Stella Comeau, Pat and Marion Deion.
