Sandy and family, I want you to know that your father's goodness and generosity has always been a memory for me. Often when he was leading the BYF we would wind up at your house and the welcome was never anything but heartfelt. We would sit about the kitchen, laugh sing and talk, and nobody ever questioned the fact he and Beula wouldn't have it any other way. With a large family, small paycheck and plenty to do himself, he still found time for those of us who showed up to sing. Truly, this was a decent and great man who will be fondly missed by all.
