Thibault, Reid Donald - 69 of Weymouth Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully at Yarmouth
Regional Hospital, January 23, 2021. Born October 16, 1951, in Ashmore, he was the son of
late John and Helen (Burns) Thibault. Reid worked construction for many years throughout
Nova Scotia, Ontario and Alberta. He had a passion for restoring antique cars and
motorcycles, attending car shows, reading Auto-trader and shopping on Kijiji. He enjoyed
fishing, hunting, road trips, especially spontaneous Sunday drives and spending time with
family and friends. He was most proud of his three children and three grandchildren. Reid
leaves behind his loving wife Nina (Raymond), son Jeffery (Shannon), Daughter Krissie
(Stacey) Doucette, Son Jeremiah (Nadine), Grandchildren Maylah, Emmit & Livvy. Sisters
Terrie Titus, Carolyn & Melinda. Brothers Mark (Donna), Micheal (Narise), Matthew (Erna),
Wade (Sylvia), Brent (Laura), Darren (Candy) and multiple Nieces and Nephews. Reid was
Predeceased by Mother Helen (Burns), Father John, sister Marolyn Manzer, Brother Ricky,
Neice Tammy Titus & great Nephew Aaron. Reid's family would like to thank the Nursing
staff of the Yarmouth Regional Hospital for their kindness, dedication and compassionate
care. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of
flowers, memorial donations can be made to Digby Cancer Help Fund Association or
Charity of choice.
