Obituary for Raymond Joseph Jeddry

Jeddry, Raymond Joseph of Meteghan River passed away April 4,2022 at home surrounded by his loving wife at the age of 66. Born in Mavillette on July 8, 1955, he was a son to the late Jeanette Jeddry. He was a carpenter by trade and a hard worker who loved his work. He was proud of his Acadian heritage and helping elderly whenever possible. He enjoyed going for rides on his SXS with his wife, the faster the better was his motto. He had a great sense of humor and was brave and courageous. He was a man of great faith. He was a devoted husband. Ray loved his dog Tucker who was his best friend. He is survived by his wife, Lynne; daughters, Shonda Jeddry; Krista Jeddry (Adam); sons, Steven (Jasmine) Ibel; Eloise (Allen) Smith; siblings, Paul (Collette)LeBlanc; Susan LeBlanc; Eileen (Walter); Darlene Brown; Uncle, Ira Maillet; cousins, who were like siblings, Mike Maillet; Kenny Maillet; Debra Theriault; Donna Maillet-Mullen; Gail Maillet; grandchildren, Madison, Jay, Kerian, Hailey, as well as many nieces and nephews and friends. Aside from his mother he was predeceased by aunt, Irene Maillet. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. As per Raymond wishes an interment will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Jacky Comeau Cancer Help Fund Association.
Ray and Lynne are very thankful to the many families and friends who have shown support in their time of need.
