Obituary for Phyllis Marion Fuller

Phyllis Marion   Fuller
Fuller, Phyllis Marion – age 94, of The Meadows Home for Special Care passed away peacefully on February 8, 2018. Born in Beaver River on August 13,1923 she was a daughter to the late Dean Landers Bain and Nellie Mae (Crosby) Bain. Phyllis was a member of the Yarmouth Wesleyan Church and the Yarmouth Christian Women’s Club. A loving wife, wonderful mother, and grandmother. Phyllis was a homemaker who took great pride in her family and worked very hard to raise her children and spoil her grandchildren. She was kind, compassionate, selfless and funny. She always had a smile and made you feel welcome. She was full of life and had a spirit that never faded. Phyllis enjoyed gardening at the family nursery where she and her husband Carl sold seedlings. In her spare time she enjoyed her animals, quilting, and knitting. She also enjoyed spending time at the family cottage. She is survived by her son Dean Fuller; daughter, Patricia Fuller; and grandchildren, Lucas and Logan Fuller. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Carl Fuller; brothers, Forest Bain and Eugene Bain; sister, Kathleen Gray. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 2 P.M. from the Yarmouth Wesleyan Church with pastors A.J Plaizer and David Hockley officiating. Interment will take place in the Chegoggin Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations in memory may be made to The Gideons or the Yarmouth S.P.C.A.
