Obituary for Michael Gregory Milbery

Michael Gregory  Milbery
Milbery, Michael Gregory, 67, Quinan passed away May 2,2018 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Yarmouth he was the son to the late Kenneth and Audrey (Morton) Milbery. Michael lived in Western Canada most of his life, working as an Locamotive Engineer for CN Railway returning to Nova Scotia following his retirement in 2001. He bought a home on Gilligan Lake in Quinan where he enjoyed hunting , fishing and the outdoors. Motorcycles were his passion and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends near and far. He is survived by special friend Wendy Edwards, Saskatoon; daughter Kathryn “Kate” Robinson, Manitoba ;son Kevin (Shanessa), Alberta; brother Brian (Patricia), British Columbia; grandchildren Eric, Luke, Cole, Lyla Milbery and Elliot, Andrew Robinson; Nephew Jared Pero. Besides his parents Michael was predeceased by Maternal Grandparents Anne Marie and Adolphous Morton; Paternal Grandparents Alena and Harry Milbery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium. Cremation has taken place, there will be a graveside service Wednesday May 30th at 10 A.M at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to charity of your choice.
