Rodgerson, Marilyn, passed away at home on May 17,2021. Born in Yarmouth, she was a daughter to the late Arnold and Myrtle (Nickerson) Laskie. Marilyn enjoyed shopping, yard sales, knitting and playing on her computer, she absolutely adored her dog and companion, Ben. She is survived by daughter, Heather Saulnier; sons, Darren and Dale Fitzgerald; sisters, Heather Nickerson; Bernice VanAmburg; special nieces, Ashley Peto; Stephanie Nickerson; several other nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Aside from her parents she was predeceased by husband, Bill; sister, Vera Cottreau and brother in infancy. Cremation has taken place under the care of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Memorial Service will be held at a later date due to Covid 19 restrictions. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
