Obituary for Linda Doreen Harding

Linda Doreen Harding
1954-2022
May 14th was a day like any other, Linda went out for lunch with Mary and began some errands with a trip to the drug store, then off to wash the car. It was then our Aunt Linda unexpectedly suffered a cardiac event. Many attempts were made at the scene and the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, but they could not save her. We are so grateful to so many who tried to help. Linda was always so kind and loving. She was the glue that kept the family all connected. Family was her Life! Linda was a hairdresser for nearly fifty years and still enjoying her vocation at Salon 215. Many long-term friendships had been established over the years. It was a privileged job and who didn’t she Not know? There are many memories to reflect upon over her 67 years. She doted on her late mother Ollie and took great pride and care of her. She loved to cook, trips to the city, listening to Jonny Reid and watching her soap operas. Her iPad and phone were her lifelines, and she loved to call, and call and did we mention call. Her Friends were all part of the Harding Tree and she loved you all. Aunt Linda will never be alone as she flies with the Angels to join her mom, Ollie; Dad, Lendall, brother, Brian; sisters, Janice and Nancy and of course her nephew, Brian John. They were waiting with open arms. There were many tough loses in her life, yet she pushed forward with kindness and compassion. Those left behind can celebrate her life and all she has done for so many.
We love you Aunt Linda. Stay safe and if we see a feather floating by, we know you are never far!
Left to mourn are, Jolene (Nigel), Hannah (Collin), Austin and Abbi, sister-in-law, Kay Harding, brother-in-law, David Gordon, Carolyn and Earl Robicheau (her rocks), Sharon and family, as well as Donna and Ramona. Her many friends and cousins she so kindly spoke of.
