Laura Belle (Nickerson)MacLellan - Born July 10, 1960. We are sad to announce the passing Laura Belle on June 17, 2020, at the age of 59 years old, peacefully at home and surrounded by family. Laura was born in Yarmouth on July 10, 1960, and was a waitress her whole working career at several different restaurants in Yarmouth, including Snack Place, Lotus Garden, Colony, BB Magees, to name a few. Laurabelle is survived by long time partner, Pascal Debruycker; daughters, Kelley Cottreau (Hank Purdy) Yarmouth; Jennifer Cottreau (Chris Sabine) Carleton; 4 grandchildren, Sarah, Meghan, Ava and Jack and her father John Murphy of Yarmouth; brothers, Willis (Dawn) Nickerson, Halifax; Bruce (Catherine) Nickerson, Port Williams; John (Nicolette) Murphy, Yarmouth; sisters, Sandra(Steve) Fougere, Yarmouth; Sharon(David) Grant, Cambridge; Patricia(Ken) Moses Yarmouth; Beverly(Peter)Mederis B.C.; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Elsie Murphy; and brother, Gary Nickerson. There will be no visitation or funeral by request. Cremation has taken place with burial at a later date.
