Miller James Wayne – age 68 of Dayton passed away on December 10,2018. Born August 1,1950 he was a son to the late Lawrence and Marjorie (Harrington) Miller. James was a Janitor at the Meadowfields Elementary School and then the Yarmouth Junior high School for 17 years. He loved to fish, spend time with his kids and worked on a Dredger. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Ruby Atkinson; daughters, Janice (Scott) Fitzgerald, Sandford; Angela (Edward) Hicks, Dayton; brothers, Ray Miller, Yarmouth and Larry Miller, Sandford; sisters, Patsy, Alberta; Florence, Alberta; Sharon, Yarmouth; grandsons, Nicholas and Jacob Godin; granddaughters, Jessica and Kimberly Fitzgerald; and great grand children, Nolan Godin and Kash Fitzgerald. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Kenny, sister Susan; grandson, Kyle Godin. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. There will be no funeral by James’s request. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
