Berry, Jairus Harold, 25 of Yarmouth passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2018. Born in Yarmouth, January 9, 1993 he is the son to Harold Jarvis and Valerie Berry, Yarmouth. Jairus loved life; he enjoyed music and rapping, spending time with his friends, fishing, playing Play Station and quality time with his nephew Easton, who will miss him dearly. Besides his parents he is survived by sisters, Shantel Berry, Yarmouth and Olivia Harnett, Yarmouth; uncles, Don, Jackie, Lorne, , Brian and Hubert; aunts, Myra ,Stephanie, Rose, Laura, Loretta and Stephanie; as well as many cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Matilda and Harold Jarvis; maternal grandmother, Harvella Berry; uncle, Ronald; aunt, Alberta. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will take place from 2-4 and 7-9pm Sunday, February 25, 2018. Funeral service will be Monday February 26,2018 at 2pm both from the Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth. Rev. Virgil Jarvis officiating. Burial will take place in the Greenville Cemetery. Memorial donation in memory of Jairus may be made to the CNIB or charity of your choice.
