Condolence: Sincere Condolences to all the family. I just found out about his passing. I knew George at RCAF Stn Greenwood in the1960s, he used cut my hair in his PMQ basement and I used to work on a couple of Maint. crews with him. In the 1970s I knew him at CFB Chatham NB and all the children Judy and Bruce, Gary, Wayne and Neil and of course their mother Una. We had some great times in the Mess and during the annual Winter Carnival... We are happy to have known him and the family, a great bunch.

I have so many great memories of Uncle George. From the times he would scare me driving on to Cheggogin Pt wharf, putting fish onto our fishing lines while he was scuba diving, to threatening to give me a brush cut.
I am so glad I was able to visit with him last summer. He kept me laughing as always.
