Obituary for Eunice Lee Mood

Mood (Hamilton), Eunice Lee, passed away June 10th,2019 peacefully with her family by her side at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital after a long battle with Cancer. Born August 26,1940, Eunice was a daughter to the late Frank and Gertrude (Nickerson) Hamilton. She was employed as a Janitor with the Tri County Regional School Board and loved her job. In her earlier years she worked as a waitress at Harris’s Seafood Restaurant. Eunice loved all animals, especially her dog Tucson. She also loved the outdoors and took great pride in her home, keeping it clean and very organized. She loved playing cards and going to BINGO with her best friend Joanne also loved going for walks with her dog and did so everyday. She enjoyed cooking and loved to eat! She took great pride in her well groomed and maintained lawn and was known for having the best rhubarb patch around. Eunice is survived by daughter, Daphne Mood (Dora); son, Darcy Mood (Heather), both of South Ohio; sister, Gaile (Raymond) Randall; nieces and nephews; Besides her parents she was predeceased by her Husband Howard; brothers Garth and Alton; nephew Craig Mood. There will be no visitation as per Eunice’s request. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A public graveside service for both Eunice and Howard will take place Friday, June 14,2019 at 11 am from Hillside Cemetery, South Ohio. The family will be leaving from the funeral home and proceed to the cemetery to meet those in attendance.
