We, the crew of Bluenose II, were deeply saddened to hear of Nick's illness and subsequent passing. His absence from the alumni muster is one that will not be easily filled and will always be noted. His passion for the ship, her mission and the care of those who had sailed aboard was an inspiration to many. We all extend our deepest sympathies to his family and shipmates.
