Obituary for Denise Ann Taylor

Denise Ann Taylor 1963-2022
It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of Denise in her home on Sunday, May 1st ,2022. Denise loved spending time with her girls, her son in laws and her granddaughters in Alberta. She was up for any adventure they would take her on. She was always planning her next trip to see them. Her love for them was immeasurable. She loved spending time on the beach, always searching for the perfect sunset. Denise enjoyed volunteering for the Friends of Gilles Boudreau Cancer Help Fund and the Yarmouth Regional Hospital Oncology Department, where she made many lasting relationships. Many friends and family will be left with fond memories of humour and laughs shared. Denise was a loving, wife, mother and Nana and leaves behind to mourn, husband, Hugh; daughters, Alexandra (Jon); Megan (Leewell) Borile; granddaughters, Mercedes and Phoebe. Also survived by sister, Cheryl (Jerry) Mahoney; niece, Jennah. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Pauline Blades. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 11th, 2022, from 1-2 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm. from the Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Craig Minard officiating. Interment in Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery at a later date. (The service will be live streamed on Sweeny's Funeral Home website). Family flowers only please. Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of Gilles Boudreau Cancer Help Fund.
