Obituary for Catherine "Becky" Fudge

Catherine Rebecca May Fudge “Becky”, passed away December 17th ,2022 at the age of 48. Born May 17th ,1974 in Shelburne County to mother, Ruth Ann Quinlan and father, Gerald Fudge.
She wanted to be known as the crazy cat lady. Loved traveling and going on adventures with her uncle Frank aka Hunky Unckie. She loved being eccentric and took pride in her individuality, she expressed a lot of her personality through her funky hair styles and outfits. She was a lover of a good storm and would tell everyone to get their storm shoes on so we can go storm chasing. Her friends and family meant the world to her, and she was no stranger to letting anyone know how much she loved them. Quite literally the person to take the clothes off her back for you. Always optimistic and looking for the good in everything and everyone. She was a huge music lover and loved teaching her children the power and healing music has to offer. She loved reminiscing on memories but the ones she really liked to remember were all the shenanigans her and her best friend/brother Christopher got into, like trying to get into some of the concerts and music festivals they attended together. She always preached to not judge a book by its cover, to always take the time to read their story, she helped many people during rough times and walked them through their sobriety. She will be greatly missed by everyone, especially the people she impacted the most.
She is survived by her children, Morgan June Steele, Jade Lexzena Steele, James Alexander Steele; grand children, Kleopatra (Kleoh) ,Amelia (Millie), and Brier ; her nieces and nephew, Bailey Deveau, Morgan Deveau, Hope Field and William Field; uncle, James Quinlan; sister, Cora Wideman; brothers, Christopher Deveau, Joseph Fudge, Troy Faye and Dana Deveau; her "sister from another mister" Christa Louise Hayes and her children, Amber, Twyla, and Mathew as well as her "brother from another mother" ,Bill Enslow and his son, Christopher Hallett. There will be no funeral service at this time. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.

It's not a goodbye, it's a see you later.
