Obituary for Beulah Anne Fenton

Fenton Beulah Anne(Comeau, Harrington), 81 of Melbourne, passed away on July 12, 2020 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Yarmouth January 30th, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Emile Comeau and late Evelyn Pothier (stepfather the late Gordon Pothier). Beulah was a devoted member of the Jehovah Witnesses. During her working years she worked at the Old Orchard Inn, as a pastry chef, winning a 3rd prize award for the best apple pie during the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival. She did many different jobs throughout the years but she truly enjoyed baking and cake making, which she was very talented doing so. She enjoyed quilt making and has many pictures of the numerous patterns she stitched together by hand. She will be dearly missed by her husband Carl; daughters JoAnne Amiro (Wendell)Melbourne, Edith Harrington (Nelson)Cambridge; son Victor Harrington, Melbourne and stepson Scott Kentville. Grandchildren Crystal, Andrew, Nick, Genesta, Jessica, Adrianne, Matthew. Great grandchildren Tatum, Talyn, Quinn, Athena, Gabriel, Jaden, Esmae, Elaina. She is also survived by her brother Hubert Comeau and wife Joyce. She was predeceased by her daughter Deanna Harrington, Fredericton, NB, also by her sisters Elizabeth (Betty) Pothier, and Doris (in infancy); brother Victor Comeau. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth. A Funeral service will be held on August 1, 2020 at 3pm from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel, Mr. Ed Dye officiating. Family Flowers only. Memorial donation may be made to the Canadian Diabetes association or a charity of choice.
