It’s with great sadness and heart break that we announce the passing of our loving, husband, father and grandfather on March 2,2022, leaving his earthly home for his heavenly home. Born July 15,1940, he was the son of the late Gordon and Ruth (Harding) Hayes of Rockville. Arthur was a member of Hebron Baptist Church for many years. He was a jack of all trades, but his passion was being a mechanic. He absolutely adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them all. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jean (Saulnier); children, Eugene (Linda); Lindsay (Andrea); Jason (Andrea); Shelly (Allan) Thibodeau; Beth (Chris) Boudreau; grandchildren, Alex (Kristen); Amy (Ashley); Ashlee; Janna (Evan); Jordan (Karleigh); Emily (Taylor); Tyler (Chelsea); Cody (Sarah); Caleb; Natalya; Amelia; Austin; 6 great grandchildren. Sister, Betty as well as many nieces and nephews. As per Arthur’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. In memory of Arthur, memorial donations may be made to the Hebron Baptist Church or Tri County VON.
